by Julia - 02/11/2013 I purchased a gaming computer for my husband last year and the last month or so have been struggling to get it fixed. One problem gets fixed, another gets found type of thing. First the fans were bad, but really the hard drive went bad. Once I got the hard drive replaced we realized the motherboard was bad also. However, Jason has been absolutely outstanding. He is great about staying in touch with ever step, he is even calling the company to talk to them about options to get the motherboard fixed. I seriously will never use another computer repair place. Jason is fantastic, even with someone computer illiterate like I am.

by Momofthreeboys - 04/02/2012 Just wanted to give an awesome review for Jason and the service he provided! After taking it to another shop and told it was the "mother-board" and needed replacement, I took it to Jason and found out that it was NOT the mother board, but the screen! He took the time to show me it on a desktop screen and was honest and told me it was best to replace it vs spending the same amount to fix it as well as other issues it had, that had NOTHING to do with the mother board! He could have had a hay-day with us and charged a ton, but he was looking out for the best interest of his customer and not himself and that is pretty hard to come by now a days! He is our new computer go-to guy as well as our repair/purchasing guy! Thanks so much!
